Your name and address will not be available to any third party except to our suppliers where necessary for shipping your order. Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We currently accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta debit / credit cards via PayPal. Overseas Orders
Our products are currently only available to order from the UK for shipment to a UK mainland address.
Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours and deliver within 3-5 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail 1st class. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
Returns / Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return any unwanted goods within 7 days for a full refund of the goods but we cannot reimburse you for the postage costs. You will need to return the goods in a resaleable condition with a note of what action you would like us to take regarding the refund or a different product as a replacement.
Please email or telephone us prior to returning the goods so that we are aware of the situation.

Your goods should reach you in a perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied please email us with the details so that we can resolve the matter.

When you have finished selecting you can view the shopping basket and amend the order if you need to. When you have finished your shopping, click on "checkout". Payments made by credit / debit card are made through our secure online payment service.
In the event of a product being out of stock we will notify you by email with the choice of either placing the product on back order or receiving a refund.
