The best way to treat dry skin is through using a simple moisturiser on a regular basis. Buy several pots or jars at a time and put one near all the sinks and basins in your home. Then, whenever you wash your hands or the dishes there's a cream nearby handy for use afterwards. When running your bath put in some bath oil at the same time. It will disperse in the water and help to protect your skin from drying out. There are many skin creams, moisturisers and oils out there for you to choose from. Price is not always a good guide. Find one containing few chemical additives, preferably opt for one with natural ingredients. When you find one that suits your skin type - and purse - stay with it.
