Exercise

Don't be scared.

Don't let the word "exercise" scare you. We all know that diet and exercise go together - like Ant and Dec - but not as amusing or likeable. Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous, sweaty, or unpleasant. Burning up those calories can be both beneficial and enjoyable. Swimming and walking (though not at the same time) are very good exercises to tone the muscles.

But why not play some tennis on a regular basis? You do not need to have an ace serve or a great back hand. Just running after the ball will get you in good shape. It's a great way to lose weight. If you have never played before, a few basic lessons should not be too expensive. Remember, you are doing it to lose weight, not make Wimbledon.
