Dieting needs to be combined with exercise in order to burn off those excess calories. But just because your friend goes jogging, visits the gym, and does press ups doesn’t mean you have to. Start slowly and gently and gradually build up your routine at a pace that suits you. Walk daily, 10-15 minutes initially, and slowly increase to 30-45 minutes. Use the stairs, not the lift.

Swimming and cycling are very good exercises. It is easier to stay motivated if you get into a routine that interests you. And be sensible with your calorie intake. Eat smaller meals, drink less alcohol, and resist the temptation to ‘snack’ between meals. Try Thermothin, it helps to induce faster weight loss and regulate appetite.
