Dieting Tips.

You have decided that you need to lose weight. So you suddenly start starving yourself. And you hurtle yourself into some exercise routine. Not good - your body does not like rapid change regarding food intake and exercise. If you haven't exercised for years, running several miles or long sessions on the exercise bike is not the answer . You have to think about slimming and weight loss in terms of a sensible combined diet and exercise routine. One that feel comfortable with, one you feel you can maintain. You are then less likely to get disheartened, lose interest, or injure yourself with strenuous exercise. Weight loss cannot be achieved overnight. There are no shortcuts. But it can be done, and you can do it.
